6. Disconnect the vent hose from the retaining clip on the fuel fill pipe.
7. Loosen the fuel fill hose clamp (4) at the fuel tank.
8. Separate the fuel fill pipe/hose (3) from the fuel tank.
9. Remove the fuel fill pipe/hose.

10. Cap the open end of the fuel tank in order to prevent fuel contamination.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Uncap the fuel tank.
2. Install the fuel fill pipe/hose.
3. Align the fuel fill pipe/hose to the fuel tank.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Tighten the fuel fill hose clamp (4) at the fuel tank.

Tighten
Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

5. Connect the vent hose to the retaining on the fuel till pipe
