SERVICE INFORMATION
Inspection - Both Sides of Vehicle.

Disconnect negative battery cable.

Lift and support vehicle.

Inspect front brake hose for chafing or wear on the outer cover, Sheet 1. If there are any signs of damage to the brake hose assembly, the hose must
be replaced. Do not reattach the hose to the upper control arm however. Bleed the brakes. Refer to the 1988 C/K Truck Service Manual X-8731,
Section 5A - Pages 5 and 6 for hose replacement and bleeding instructions.
