C 2500 Yukon XL 2WD V8-6.0L VIN U (2001)
1. Transfer the Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) to the replacement evaporator core.
2. Install the evaporator core into the case.
3. Install the evaporator core seal.
IMPORTANT: Ensure the proper positioning of the air distributor duct gasket and the temperature door during assembly.
4. Reassemble the case halves.
