Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Reposition the reservoir hose clamp at the radiator.
2. Remove the reservoir hose at the radiator.
3. Drain any coolant from the reservoir.
4. Remove the reservoir bolts.
5. Remove the reservoir.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the reservoir.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the reservoir bolts.
Tighten the coolant recovery reservoir bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
3. Install the reservoir hose at the radiator.
4. Position the reservoir hose clamp at the radiator.
5. Add coolant to the reservoir.
