Vacuum Pump Replacement 
Removal Procedure

J25034-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover

J25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer

1. Remove the drive belt from the drive pulleys. 

2. Remove the vacuum line from the vacuum pump.

3. Remove the bolt retaining the ground strap and the battery negative cable from the vacuum pump. 

4. Remove the vacuum pump mounting bolts.
5. Remove the vacuum pump from the generator bracket.
6. Remove the vacuum pump pulley:

Place the vacuum pump in a vise.
