Tighten
Tighten the evaporator tube to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
5. Coat the new O-ring seal with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
6. Install the new O-ring seal.
7. Install the evaporator tube to the evaporator.
Tighten
Tighten the evaporator tube to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
8. Install the grille.
9. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.
10. Evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
11. Leak test the fittings of the component using the J 39400-A.
