1. Install the bearing plate to the door.
2. Install the window regulator handle by completing the following steps:
2.1.
Install the clip onto the handle
2.2.
Insert the handle onto the window regulator shaft so that the handle points toward the front of the door
2.3.
Push the handle until the clip engages the window regulator shaft
