Install a new positive stop bolt (P/N 15633613) and Belleville washer (P/N 15665757) with the point of the washer facing the bolt head (Figures 1
and 2).

4.

Torque the positive stop bolt to 19-22 N-m. (14-16 lbs.ft.).

5.

Verify that the seat no longer moves forward when not desired. If it does, be sure the shoulder of the positive stop bolt is properly seated.

6.

Pull the seat cover and the padding back over the hinge assembly.

Parts are expected to be available on 2/10/92. In case of limited inventory, parts will be placed on 400 control to waive VIP surcharges. Only verifiable
emergency orders will be accepted. SPO will make every effort to obtain parts. However, the part will be shipped premium transportation at the dealer's
expense and all other order types will be placed on backorder until the 400 control is removed.
