4. Install the jack assembly.
5. Install the rear seat if removed. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement (Extended Cab w/4th Door)   (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat

6. Install the shift lever and the boot, if equipped. Refer to one of the following procedures in Manual Transmission:

7. Install the center seat, if equipped. Refer to Front Center Seat Replacement   (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Front Center Seat Replacement) in

Seats.

8. Install the floor storage console. Refer to Console Replacement (Luxury Console)   (See: Console/Service and Repair/Console Replacement

9. Install the front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket   (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Replacement - Bucket) in Seats.

10. Install the door sill plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement   (See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement) or Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement   (See: Scuff Plate/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement).

11. Install the hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Body Hinge Pillar
