4. Remove the armrest.
5. Remove the sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement).
6. Remove the quarter panel trim screws.
7. Pull the panel out, and remove the seat belt assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Extended Cab) Rear Seat Belt Retractor
Replacement (Crew Cab) .
8. Remove the quarter panel from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the seat belt assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Extended Cab) Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Crew Cab)
.
2. Install the quarter panel to the vehicle.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice).
3. Install the quarter panel trim screws.
Tighten the quarter panel trim screws to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
4. Install the sill trim plates. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement).
