C 3500 Truck 2WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2002)
1. Install the weatherstrip from the rear side door opening fully seating the weatherstrip into the channel.
2. Install the windshield pillar molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim
Panel/Service and Repair/Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement).
3. Install the hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and
Repair/Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement).
4. Install the sill plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement).
5. Check door closing effort and seal to door fit.
