C 3500 Truck 2WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2002)
2. Apply a 2-3 mm (1/8 inch) wide to 0.5-1.5 mm (1/16 inch) high bead of sealant GM P/N United States 97720043, GM P/N Canada 88901148, or
equivalent to the sealing surface of the intake manifold.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the intake manifold nine bolts and 2 nuts.

Tighten the bolts and nuts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) in the sequence shown.
4. Install the intake manifold tube.
5. Install the right fuel rail.
6. Install the fuel junction block.
7. Install the turbocharger.
