C 3500 Truck 2WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2002)
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
4. Remove the right turbo charged air outlet hose.
5. Remove the left turbo charged air outlet hose.
6. Remove the engine wiring harness.
7. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.
8. Remove the fuel hose clamps.
9. Remove the fuel hose (1) from the feed block and fuel filter/heater element housing.
