17. Install the charged air cooler inlet duct to turbocharger charge air cooler outlet.
18. Align the marks on the hose and the intake manifold duct.
Tighten
Tighten the charge air cooler clamps to 6 Nm (53 lb in).
19. Install the upper intake manifold cover.
20. Install the upper intake manifold cover to the outlet duct.
21. Tighten the outlet duct clamp at the upper intake manifold cover.
Tighten
Tighten the clamp to 6 Nm (53 lb ft).
22. Fill the engine coolant.
23. Connect the battery negative cable.
