Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement for C 3500 Truck 2WD V8-66L DSL Turbo
1. Loosen the outlet duct clamp at the upper intake manifold cover.
2. Remove the upper intake manifold cover from the outlet duct.
3. Remove the upper intake manifold cover.
4. Loosen the outlet duct clamps at the turbocharger and the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor.
5. Remove the outlet duct from the turbocharger and MAT/IAT sensor.
6. Cover the turbocharger opening with tape.
7. Loosen both hose clamps for the charged air cooler outlet duct to intake manifold tube hose.
Important: Do not use a screwdriver or other prying tool to remove the hose. The hose can be damaged.
