Pressure Relief Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure

The pressure relief valves are in the front doors of the pickup models. The pressure relief valves are behind the quarter panel stationary glass.

1. Remove the outside vent valve assembly by completing the following steps:

1. Remove the screw retaining the assembly to the door.
2. Lift up the valve assembly.

Remove the valve assembly.

2. Remove the inside module valve assembly by completing the following steps:

1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Drill out the rivets in order to remove the valve.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the outside vent valve assembly to the door edge.
