5. Install the suction hose (2) to the compressor using new sealing washers. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C
Coupler O-ring/Service and Repair/Sealing Washer Replacement) .
6. Install the suction hose mounting bolt (1) to the A/C compressor (7).
Tighten the bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
7. Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair) .
8. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Non HP2) (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery
and Recharging (Non HP2)) .
9. Leak test the fittings of the component using the J 39400-A.
