4. Remove the evaporator tube from the retaining clips (1) on the fender.

5. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair) .
6. Remove the evaporator tube retaining clip from the condenser.
7. Remove the evaporator tube attaching bolt (1) at the receiver dehydrator.
8. Remove the evaporator tube.
9. Remove the O-ring seal and discard.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the new O-ring seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement  (See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service and

Repair/O-Ring Replacement) .

2. Install the evaporator tube.
