Notice: Refer to Transfer Case Seal Removal Notice.
Important:

There is no shoulder to prevent the seal from going into the transfer case.

Turn, and hold the J 45278 (2) under the seal for removal.
Using the J 23907 (1) and J 45278 (2) remove the input shaft seal from the transfer case.
Discard the seal.
Installation Procedure
1. Using the J 45934 and a hammer, install the NEW input shaft seal into the transfer case.
The J 45934 will install the seal to the proper depth.
