Envoy 2WD V6-4.3L VIN W (1998)
1. Install the anchor bracket.

Tighten the anchor bracket mounting bolts to 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the outboard lining.
3. Install the retainer spring on the inboard brake shoe.
4. Install inboard lining in the caliper.
NOTICE: Make sure the brake hose is not twisted or kinked after installation. Damage to the hose could result.
5. Install the caliper. Refer to Brake Caliper Replacement (Front Wheel) or Brake Caliper Replacement (Rear Wheel).
IMPORTANT: Before moving the vehicle, pump the brake pedal several times in order to make sure the pedal is firm. Do not move the vehicle
until you get a firm brake pedal. Check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir after pumping the brake pedal.
