Envoy 2WD V6-4.3L VIN W (1998)
Tighten the seat belt retractor assembly bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).
3. Guide the seat belt through the opening in the body side trim panel.
4. Install the body side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Body Side (Extended Cab) in Interior Trim.
5. Install the upper seat belt anchor plate and bolt to the vehicle.
Tighten
Tighten the upper seat belt anchor plate bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).
6. Install the upper seat belt anchor bolt cover.
7. Install the lower seat belt anchor plate to the rear seat bolt.
8. Install the rear seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear (2 Door) in Seats.
