Envoy 2WD V8-5.3L (2007)
Remove the foam foot rest block (1) from the vehicle.
Cut a piece of deadener to 11 cm (43/8 in) width by 26 cm (10-1/2 in) length.
Attach the deadener to the top of the foam foot rest block with hot glue.
Install the foam block back into the vehicle.
Reposition the carpet back over the foot rest block.
Make sure the carpet is tucked behind the sill plate.
Install the left front door sill plate. Refer to Front Side Door Sill Plate Replacement in SI.
Install the left front floor mat.
Return the seat assembly back to the original position.
