Right Side Instrument Panel Rattle Noise at Start-up or When Shifted into Gear (Tighten Screw)

2005-2008 Saab 9-7X
Condition
Some customers may comment on a right hand instrument panel rattle at start-up or when shifted into gear.
Cause
There may be an under-torqued screw in the heater case.
Correction
Retorque the heater case 5.5 mm headed screw/retainer. Tighten the screw/retainer to 2 N.m (18 lb in). Refer to the illustration above for the screw
location.
