Rear Window Washer Pump Hose Replacement - Liftgate (Trailblazer, Envoy)

REAR WINDOW WASHER PUMP HOSE REPLACEMENT - LIFTGATE (TRAILBLAZER, ENVOY)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Disconnect the rear wiper hose elbow connection (4) at the liftgate outer panel.
2. Remove the liftgate interior trim panel.

3. Remove the washer hose and grommet from the liftgate outer panel.
4. Remove the liftgate wiring harness from the liftgate.
5. Cut the rear washer hose ends where the hose ends break out of the harness and discard.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Route the rear washer hose along the wiring harness.
2. Tape the rear washer hose to the wiring harness with 3 wraps of electrical tape at points no more than 100 mm (4 in) apart from each other.
3. Install the liftgate wiring harness to the liftgate.

4. Position the rear washer hose and grommet to the liftgate outer panel.
5. Install the liftgate interior trim panel.

6. Connect the rear wiper hose connection (4) at the liftgate outer panel.
