License Plate Pocket Replacement (Envoy XUV)

Removal Procedure

1. Swing open the end gate.
2. Remove the end gate trim panel.
3. Remove the inner panel reinforcement.
4. Remove the end gate lock cylinder.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the swing function handle.
6. Remove the license plate pocket wiring harness retainers from the end gate.
7. Disconnect the main license plate pocket electrical connector (1).
8. Remove the nuts retaining the license plate pocket to the end gate.
9. Remove the license plate pocket from the end gate.
