Oil Pan: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable and drain oil pan.
2. Raise and support vehicle, then remove exhaust crossover pipe.
3. On vehicles equipped with automatic transmission, remove converter housing under pan.
4. Remove oil pan attaching bolts, then the oil pan.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten oil pan attaching bolts to specification.
