ELECTRIC DOOR LOCK SWITCH SEPARATION
MODELS:
1985-86 C, K, G-1, 2, 3 TRUCKS WITH ELECTRIC DOOR LOCKS
Some electric door lock switches may become separated while installed in the vehicle. This condition may be reported on either the right or left or both
doors. A clip has been released to correct this condition.
The subject trucks use switch P/N 20043224. To update existing switches, use clip P/N 16602550. Future production of this switch will include
installation of the clips by the supplier.
To install clips:
1.
Remove switch assembly as described in section 8A of the Service Manual.
