On the driver's side only: connect the seat belt warning wire at the connector under the seat at the left front of the seat riser and remove the string
or wire.

Install a new bolt (P/N 15672738 for 1991 vehicles and P/N 3929459 for 1990-1987 vehicles), flat washer (P/N 2499982), wave washer (P/N
14056708)(in 1991 vehicles only), and new buckle assembly (Figure 1)(see the SERVICE PARTS INFORMATION section for the correct part
number). Be sure to align the metal tab on the buckle with the slot in the seat riser.
8.
Torque the bolt to 50 N-m (37 lbs.ft.).
9.
Install the access plug. A new plug will have to be painted to match the interior color.
SERVICE PARTS INFORMATION:
Parts are expected to be available on 2/17/92. In case of limited inventory, parts will be placed on 400 control to waive VIP surcharges. Only verifiable
emergency orders will be accepted. SPO will make every effort to obtain parts. However, the part will be shipped premium transportation at the dealer's
expense and all other order types will be placed on back order until the 400 control is removed.
