Remove the lower latch attachment bolts (3).

Remove the latch assembly (8).
11.
Position the new latch assembly (8) on the center seat frame.
12.
Install the lower latch attachment bolts (3).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
13.
Install the lower latch cover (4).
14.
Position the folding center seat back (1) on the seat frame.
15.
Install the free pivot TORX~ bolt (2) to the left side of the seat frame.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
16.
Position the upper latch cover (6) over the lower latch cover (4). Install the attachment screw (5).
Tighten
Tighten the screw to 3 N.m (26 lb in).
17.
Install the upper latch attachment bolts (7).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
18.
Fasten the J-clip in order to close the upper right portion of the seat trim cover.
19.
Move the front 40% seats to the desired position.
