K 1500 Truck 4WD V8-4.8L VIN V (1999)
1. Attach the foam pad onto the cushion.
2. Carefully pull the trim cover over the cushion.
3. Connect the seat pull strap cable (3).
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Before the cover is fully pulled over the frame, install the cushion side bolts (2) in order to attach the seat cushion to the seat.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
4. Pull the trim cover over the remainder of the cushion.
5. Attach the J-clip on the rear of the seat cushion. Ensure proper routing of the seat pull strap cable.
6. Install the rear seat into the vehicle.
