Front Door Striker: Service and Repair
Striker Replacement - Lower

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Open the side access door.
2. Remove the lower door striker retaining bolts.
3. Remove the lower door striker from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the lower door striker to the vehicle.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the lower door striker retaining bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the lower door striker retaining bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
