Brake Caliper Replacement - Front
Removal Procedure
1. Remove 2/3 of the brake fluid from the master cylinder.
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
4. Using a C-clamp or the equivalent, compress the caliper piston until the caliper piston bottoms in the bore.
5. Disconnect the brake hose at caliper by removing the inlet fitting bolt.
