6. Remove the caliper mounting bolts.
7. Remove the caliper.
8. Inspect the caliper assembly. Refer to Brake Caliper Inspection.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the caliper.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the caliper mounting bolts.

Tighten the caliper guide pin bolts to 108 N.m (80 lb ft).
3. Connect the brake hose at caliper by installing the inlet fitting bolt.

Tighten the inlet fitting bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).
4. Bleed the brakes. Refer to Automated Bleed Procedure in Anti-Lock Brake Systems.
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Wheels, Tires and Alignment.
6. Remove the safety stands.
7. Lower the vehicle.
