Truck Bed Cover: Service and Repair
Pickup Box Tonneau Cover Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Open the endgate.
2. Remove the cover from vehicle.
3. Remove the bows from side rails.
4. Remove the rear rail from vehicle.
5. Remove the side and front rails from vehicle.
6. Close endgate.
Installation Procedure
1. Open the endgate.
2. Loose assemble side and front rails to vehicle.
3. Attach rear rail to side rails.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Close endgate to align rail assembly.
Tighten side rail bolts 9 N.m (80 lb in).
5. Open the endgate.
6. Install the bows to rails inline with each fastener.
7. Install cover starting at front of vehicle and working toward rear.
8. Close the endgate.
