Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. For the 5.0L Engine, remove the retainer clips, the bolts and the brackets that secure the transmission cooler lines to the engine.
3. For the 5.7L Engine, remove the retainer clips, the bolts and the brackets that secure the transmission cooler lines to the engine.
4. For the 5.7L Engine, in order to remove the cooler line and the cooler, remove the bolts and clips that secure the transmission cooler lines and the
cooler to the engine.
