K 1500 Yukon Denali AWD V8-6.0L VIN U (2002)
1. Install a new seal into the transmission case.
2. Install the oil level indicator tube into the seal.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the nut securing the oil level indicator tube to the transmission stud.

Tighten the nut to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
4. Fill the transmission to the proper level with DEXRON III III transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Checking Procedure.
