Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
2. Remove the bolt.
3. Remove the drive belt tensioner.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the belt tensioner assembly.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the attaching bolt.

Tighten the drive belt tensioner assembly bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
