K 2500 Suburban 4WD V8-5.7L VIN R (1999)
3. Install the nut to the buckle assembly and onto the floor panel weld stud.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
4. Install the cover assembly over the nut.
5. Install the retractor and belt to the floor.
6. install the bolt through the retractor into the floor panel weld nut.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).
