Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
LEFT SIDE
1.
Disconnect battery cables, then raise and support vehicle.
2.
Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold, then remove manifold mounting bolts.
3.
Remove exhaust manifold from under vehicle.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque manifold bolts to 25 ft. lbs.
RIGHT SIDE
1.
Disconnect battery cables, then raise and support vehicle.
2.
Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold, then lower vehicle.
3.
Remove manifold bolts, then the manifold.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque manifold bolts to 25 ft. lbs.
