2. Install the fuel rail attaching bolts and stud

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
^
Tighten the stud to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
3. Install the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor retainer and nut to the lower intake manifold.

Tighten the nut to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
NOTE: Do not Install thermostat without rubber O-ring seal. Omitting rubber O-ring seal may result in poor engine warm-up and reduced
heater performance.
4. Install the thermostat, coolant housing, and bolts to the lower intake manifold.
^
Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the coolant temperature sensor to the lower intake manifold.
^
Tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
