Air Distributor Duct Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the instrument panel carrier from the vehicle.
2. Remove the air distribution duct retaining screws.
3. Remove the air distribution duct.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the air distribution duct.
2. Install the air distribution duct retaining screws.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
3. Tighten the screws until the screws make full contact.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).
4. Install the instrument panel carrier to the vehicle.
Air Outlet Duct Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the floor console.
3. Remove the extended console mounting screws.
4. Remove the extended console air duct.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the extended console air duct.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
