K 2500 Truck 4WD V8-5.3L VIN T (1999)
1. Install the evaporator pipe using new sealing washers.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the evaporator pipe to the condenser.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
3. Install the air conditioning compressor hose to the condenser.
4. Install the evaporator pipe to the accumulator.
Tighten
Tighten the nut to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
5. Install the grille.
6. Recharge the air conditioning system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging. See: Fluids/Refrigerant/Service and Repair
