Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement (Air Conditioning)
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Accessory).
2. Remove the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt.
3. Remove the A/C drive belt tensioner.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner.
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the A/C drive belt tensioner bolt.

Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs).
3. Install the A/C drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Accessory).
