INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the power steering cooler (2) to the vehicle.
2. Install the power steering cooler mounting bolts (1).

NOTICE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the mounting bolts to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).

3. Install the power steering cooler hose (2) to the steering gear (3).
4. Install the power steering cooler hose (4) to the power steering pump (1).

5. Install the left headlamp support bracket.
