Suction Hose Replacement (LR4, LM7, LQ4 W/Denso)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging. See: Refrigerant/Service and Repair
2. Remove the suction hose mounting bolt from the compressor.
3. Remove the suction hose from the compressor.

4. Remove the nut at the accumulator.
5. Remove the hose from the accumulator.
6. Remove the suction hose assembly from the vehicle.
7. Discard all of the used sealing washers. Gap the system openings.
