The Anti Lock Pressure Valve (APV) mounts to the combination valve under the master cylinder. The APV has an isolation valve to maintain or
increase hydraulic pressure, a dump valve to reduce hydraulic pressure, and an accumulator to store brake fluid during the dump cycle. The Electronic
Brake Control Module (EBCM) uses the APV to control hydraulic pressure in the rear brake pipes.
