K 3500 Truck 4WD V8-393 6.5L DSL Turbo (1993)
Wiring Harness Location
INSTALL OR CONNECT:
1. Eight check balls in proper location into case fluid passages
2. Gasket spacer plate to case
3. Complete valve body assembly onto case
4. Pressure manifold onto valve body assembly. Spring and roller assembly into place.
5. Three wiring clips and fluid indicator stop
6. Twenty-one 10 mm bolts
7. Six 8 mm bolts into Pressure Switch Manifold (PSM) and tighten to 8 Nm (71 in lbs)
8. Attach wiring harness to six connectors. Put large end into case first, pressure switch hook up, solenoid A and B, temperature sensor PWM
solenoid and force motor.
9. Lube pipe, long end into case
10. Lube pipe clip with short bolt and tighten to 13 Nm (10 ft lbs)
11. Twenty-one 10 mm bolts and one bolt attaching valve body to case. Tighten bolts to 8 Nm (71 in lbs)
12. The oil pan and filter
13. Raise transmission if it were lowered for clearance
14. Lower the vehicle
15. Fill transmission with fluid
