Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp screws to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.).
17. If equipped with a 4.3L engine, perform the following:

Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Align the hinge clip with the lip on the throttle body. Pivot the air cleaner outlet duct and resonator
downward until the mounting stud is through the hole.

Install the air cleaner outlet duct wingnut.
^
Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct wingnut to 3 Nm (27 inch lbs.).
^
Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps at the following locations:

Throttle body
-
MAF/IAT sensor
^
Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp screws to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.).
