K 3500 Truck 4WD V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 1 (2001)
11. Connect the fuel injection control module wiring harness connectors.
12. Install the fuel injection control module wiring harness to the retainer.
13. Install the water outlet tube.
14. Install the glow plug relay bracket.
15. Install the auxiliary generator, if equipped.
16. Connect the fuel hoses. Push in until locked.
17. Install the nut retaining the fuel hose bracket to the valve rocker arm cover.

Tighten the fuel hose bracket nut to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
18. Position the generator positive cable.
19. Install the generator positive cable in the clip on the engine front cover.
20. Install the generator positive cable and the retaining nut to the generator.
^
Tighten the generator positive cable nut to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
21. Install the battery positive cable junction block bracket and bolt to the power steering pump.
^
Tighten the junction block bracket bolt to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).
