With RPO LLY
1. Inspect the drive belt for excessive cracking or any damage to the drive belt.
2. Replace the drive belt if there is damage or excessive cracking.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the belt over all of the pulleys except the tensioner pulley (if equipped with a single generator).
2. Install the drive belt over all of the pulleys except the tensioner pulley (if equipped with a dual generator).
3. Install a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
4. Route the drive belt over tension pulley.
5. Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.
